FIREHOUSE Software is the best fire records management software in the industry and is the most widely used NFIRS 5.0 incident reporting software package. More fire departments and EMS agencies in the U.S. depend on FIREHOUSE Software for their records management needs than any other software. My job is to coordinate training with new and existing customers within our home office sales region. The region primarily covers the Midwest and Southeastern states. My other job role is to plan an annual user conference for all of our customers nationwide. |

| Favorite Things to Do in Des Moines |
There are a lot of great things in Des Moines that I enjoy. I enjoy the sporting events such as the Barnstormers and the I-Cubs. The Des Moines area has a lot of cultural celebrations that I like such as the Arts Festival, I’ll Make Me a World in Iowa, and the World Food Festival. You could find me out an about in Des Moines at the Des Moines Social Club, Appare's Japanese Steakhouse, and the Grand Piano Bistro. |
